Q2 Wi-Fi Internet Radio Support

Q. I am having WEP Key issues with my Q2 radio?

Answer:

A potential problem is that the key you are using is a word or phrase which is used by your router to generate the real WEP key (which is a number in hex code). If this is the case, you could try this link to find the real pass key.

You will need to type your pass phrase into the window and generate the hex number which is your real pass key. Each phrase will generate four 64 bit numbers and one 128 bit number.

You will need to try them all one at a time unless you know what level of encryption you are using.
