Q2 Wi-Fi Internet Radio Support

Q. The settings tab is blank within the Q2 Radio app and I cannot adjust the turn on volume?

Answer:

Have you connected the Q2 Radio to your computer using the USB cable provided? If you look at the little computer icon in the bottom left corner of the app window, it should be green. If it is crossed out, then check your USB connection and make sure the Q2 Radio is switched on too.
