The flashing green light indicates that the radio is
connected to a wireless network and is trying to connect to a station.
If the light continues to flash green and does not start playing then
please check the following:
- Make sure the wireless router has an internet connection. This can
normally be tested by connecting a laptop to the same router and trying
to browse to a webpage
- Make sure a station has been added to the side in the setup application.
It is possible that the station in question could be permanently or
temporarily unavailable. This is likely to be an issue with the
individual broadcaster.
- The radio currently has no wireless connection or is currently trying to connect.
The red flashing light indicates that the radio cannot
currently connect to a network, or is trying to connect to a network. If
this continues to happen then please check that:
- The radio is within range of the router
- The router is switched on and the wireless network is active
- The radio has been setup to work with this router - connect the Q2 radio to the setup application to check this
- The wireless access key has been correctly typed into the
application - this is the most common reason for the radio not
connecting. Please note that keys may be case sensitive.
