Q2 Wi-Fi Internet Radio Support

Q. I keep pressing the refresh button within the Q2 Radio app, but I can't see any available network connections?

Answer:

Have you connected the Q2 Radio to your computer using the USB cable provided? Look at the little computer icon in the bottom left corner of the app window; it should be green. If it is crossed out, then check your USB connection and make sure the Q2 Radio is switched on too.
