Q2 Wi-Fi Internet Radio Support

Q. I cannot see my router in the Networks tab on the Q2 Radio app?

Answer:

There could be several reasons for this and you should check them in the following order:

1) Press the Refresh button on the Networks tab. This will force the radio to check for nearby Wi-Fi signals.
2) The Q2 Radio could be out of range of the router. Try moving the radio nearer to the router.
3) The router Wi-Fi signal could be disabled. If you are not using any other Wi-Fi enabled products already, check to see if the Wi-Fi setting on your router is enabled.
